📓 PANELIST BIOS

Felix Lee is the co-founder and CEO of the global mentorship platform, ADPList and sets the vision and strategy for the company. Felix has overseen the ADPList to become the world largest community of mentors in tech across 120+ countries. A designer and entrepreneur, Felix has embedded his creative roots in ADPList culture, product and community. He's been featured on Forbes, Tech in Asia, StraitsTimes and CNBC.

Sara Goepfert is an Interactive Design Lead based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She specializes in product design, visual design, and e-commerce experiences. She’s passionate about solving problems through design reasoning and systems thinking. She also loves to travel, go on long city walks, and daydream about her next adventure.

Ben Holland-Arlen is a seasoned designer, with more than 10 years of experience spanning various startups, agencies, non-profits, and enterprise companies. He currently is a staff product designer at ServiceNow. He loves solving complex problems. He does NOT love the phrase “this is how we do it because this is how it’s always been done”.
When he’s not working, you can find him nerding out about (or playing) music, exploring the world on foot or bike, or experimenting in the kitchen. He currently lives in the San Diego area with his wife, son, and dog named Willis.

Brad Soroka is the Senior Design Manager for Adobe Creative Cloud Express, spreading the mission of Creativity for All to new users and the next generation of creators. He and his team work across the Adobe ecosystem to create tools that anyone can use for things like brands, libraries, search, collaboration, onboarding, and education. Previously, Brad was the Product Creative Director at ServiceNow where he led the vision and team that created App Engine Studio, a low-code app building platform. And prior to that, he brought many startups to life while working at San Diego-based UX agency, Digital Telepathy. In short, his career can be summed up by “making things for people who make things.”

Brad is a lifelong learner and lifehacker’s lifehacker, always running experiments to optimize, minimize, automate, simplify, and improve, then sharing these learnings through writing and speaking engagements. This hobby of sorts serves as a way to create space for the bigger hobbies of life: spending time with family, traveling, fitness, drawing, joking, laughing, and discovering all that the human experience has to offer.
