🌟 Mixed Methods UX Research is quickly becoming the “it” term of the research world– but what does it actually mean and how might we best leverage it as UXers?

Join us on March 24th for an interactive workshop with Zoe Glas, Senior UX Researcher at Lyft, to level up your research skills on the path to mastering Mixed Methods in-practice. Zoe will cover different types of UX Research, where they can be most useful, and how to incorporate them in everyday scenarios.

We’ll dive into the background and application of Mixed Methods UX Research, including:

  • Common methods and skills required to succeed as a UX Researcher

  • How to collaborate with cross-functionally with UX Designers

  • Walk through the entire product development cycle from ideation to launch

  • Wrap up with a research project planning exercise to flex đź’Ş our new knowledge 🧠 of mixed methods practices

🎓 ABOUT OUR PRESENTER

Zoë currently leads research for Lyft’s new Rentals product; she started her UX career at YouTube. She received her B.S. from the University of Montana, and M.S. from Purdue University. Zoë has long been an ardent researcher of human behavior, but made the zag into UX in the past four years. Previously, she focused on conservation behavior, studying things like how religion and living areas affect willingness to conserve wildlife. In her spare time, Zoë enjoys mentoring others looking to make the jump into UX, competitive cycling, and hiking with her corgi, Fletcher.
