The Power of Storytelling: Perspectives from 3 firms

In January, our expert panel of storytellers, each with a different perspective about the value and power of stories, shared best practices, internal methods for communicating user values, and how best to frame those stories.

Our speakers:

• John DeBello, Loma Media (XD agency)

• Megan Sornson & Juan David Quinones, Digital Telepathy (UX agency)

• Charles Chamberlayne, Access San Diego (PR)

As user experience professionals we OWN the customer’s story. Our value to the organization is in telling those stories and translating them into effective, usable designs. View the presentations below.
